Veroordeelde farmaceut Johnson & Johnson onze ‘redder in nood’

Johnson & Johnson Advised Coronavirus Simulation and Now Stands To Gain Financially With New Vaccine – Activist Post

Prior to the coronavirus outbreak, The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise focused on a coronavirus outbreak — yes they ran a simulation of exactly what we see unfolding right now, before it happened!

The pandemic exercise was conducted in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. During Event 201 Johnson & Johnson was asked specifically about a coronavirus vaccine.

When asked, the Johnson & Johnson representative talked about the need for regulatory flexibility for an accelerated vaccine, financing and business. Not once did he mention safety or effectiveness. In today’s news, we see that Johnson & Johnson are currently working on a vaccine and they’re “pretty confident” they can quickly develop one.

Did Macron And Johnson Negotiate A Hard Brexit In October?

did-macron-and-johnson-negotiate-a-hard-brexit-in-october?

29-12-19 03:59:00,

Authored by Tom Luongo via Gold, Goats, ‘ Guns blog,

Something odd is happening with Brexit. It looks like Prime Minister Boris Johnson is pushing for a hard Brexit much to my surprise.

Johnson’s strong showing in the recent election which secured the Tories its biggest majority since the days of Margaret Thatcher should have set the stage for the great Brexit bait and switch.

This has been my argument for months since Johnson became the front-runner to replace Theresa May. All Johnson had to do was manipulate events to get a majority which marginalizes the hard Brexiteers of the European Research Group (ERG).

Then he could undermine Brexit by giving back all the concessions during his subsequent negotiations with the EU over a trade deal.

This analysis should have been the correct one given the staunch opposition by the political elite in the U.K. to Brexit.

But something has changed.

Johnson is practically channeling Nigel Farage in his stance to trade negotiations with the European Union. The modified Withdrawal Bill that passed Parliament with six Labour defectors significantly strengthens Johnson’s hand in trade negotiations by removing any potential extension beyond the end of 2020. There are a ton of changes the Guardian article linked above covers.

The two year transition period EU Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier was planning on using to bully Johnson around with is dead. January 31st Brexit happens.

And if no trade deal happens between then and the end of 2020, the U.K. leaves on WTO terms and the so-called Hard Brexit happens. Hard Brexit is back on the table and Parliament has been sidelined.

While this isn’t news anymore what it means is.

Given the context of his negotiations with French President Emmanuel Macron in October which secured the current Withdrawal Treaty, I think the way forward is clearer now.

The Macron Gambit

The key to understanding what’s happening is the ever-shifting dynamic between France, Germany and the U.K. in relation to their relationship with the United States.

Macron is pushing France to unseat Germany as the de facto rule-setter for the EU.

wie-boris-johnson-putins-these,-der-liberalismus-habe-sich-uberlebt,-bestatigt-hat-|-anti-spiegel

02-11-19 09:24:00,

boris-johnson-will-das-britische-parlament-in-den-urlaub-schicken

28-08-19 02:41:00,

Boris Johnson, GMOs and Glyphosate: Irresponsible, Negligent and Criminal? – Global Research

boris-johnson,-gmos-and-glyphosate:-irresponsible,-negligent-and-criminal?-–-global-research

25-08-19 08:03:00,

In his first speech to parliament as British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson said:

“Let’s start now to liberate the UK’s extraordinary bioscience sector from anti-genetic modification rules and let’s develop the blight-resistant crops that will feed the world.”

Johnson reads from a well-rehearsed script. The ‘GM will feed the world mantra’ is pure industry spin. There is already enough food being produced to feed the global population yet around 830 million are classed as hungry. Feeding the world effectively, sustainably and equitably involves addressing the in-built injustices of the global food system.

The never-ending push to force GM on the public under the guise of saving humanity is a diversion that leaves intact the root causes of world hunger and undernutrition: neoliberal deregulation and privatisation policies, unfair WTO rules, poverty, land rights issues, World Bank/IMF geopolitical lending strategies and the transformation of food secure regions into food deficit ones, etc.

Even in regions where productivity in agriculture lags behind or concerns exist about climate change, numerous high-level reports have recommended that (non-GMO) agroecological practices should be encouraged to enhance biodiversity and deal with food and climate crises.

However, pro-Brexiteer Conservative politicians talk of the essential need for Britain and the world to adopt GM is little more than an attempt to justify a post-Brexit trade deal with Washington that will effectively incorporate the UK into the US’s regulatory food regime. The type of ‘liberation’ Johnson really means is the UK adopting unassessed GM crops and food and a gutting of food safety and environmental standards.

It is no secret that various Conservative-led administrations have wanted to break free from the EU regulatory framework on GM for some time. Back in 2014, Genewatch exposed collusion between the government and transnational corporations to force GM into Britain above the heads of the public. This is despite numerous surveys over the years showing that most of the British public remain sceptical of GM, do not see a need for it or reject the technology outright.

Rosemary Mason writes to Jonathan Jones

It would be reasonable to ask why GMOs are even on the market in the first place given that, in his book ‘Altered Genes,

‘I saw the good he did for UK business’: PM Johnson shields Prince Andrew amid Epstein affair

‘i-saw-the-good-he-did-for-uk-business’:-pm-johnson-shields-prince-andrew-amid-epstein-affair

25-08-19 07:40:00,

Boris Johnson has put his weight behind the embattled Prince Andrew, saying the royal – currently under fire for his ties to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein – had contributed a lot to promote British commerce overseas.

“Let me tell you something,” the prime minister told ITV news on Sunday, “I’ve worked with Prince Andrew, I’ve seen the good he has been able to do for UK business overseas.” While giving Prince Andrew some support, Johnson has carefully avoided expanding on the issue.

“I have no comment, or indeed no knowledge of this other stuff,” he added.

VIDEO of Prince Andrew staying in Epstein’s sex mansion forces palace into damage control

Andrew, the third child of Elizabeth II, has served as UK Special Representative for International Trade and Investment and, on top of that, he oversaw a number of trusts in the Middle East, North Africa and the Americas.

But his business record is now being eclipsed by a flurry of allegations surrounding his disturbingly close relationships with Jeffrey Epstein, a presumed pedophile who was facing federal charges in the US for sex trafficking. Just this month, a viral video was released by the Mail on Sunday, purporting to show Andrew leaving Epstein’s Manhattan mansion – a notorious sex lair where the financier used to prey on underage girls.

Going into damage control, Andrew issued a wordy statement this week, asserting that he first met Epstein in 1999 but didn’t “witness or suspect any behavior of the sort that subsequently led to his arrest and conviction” during “infrequent” stays at his residences.

However, the explanations didn’t seem compelling; this is not the first time the royal has found himself in the middle of a sex scandal.

Last December, Epstein’s victims were summoned to a Florida court to tell their stories of sexual abuse. One of them, was Virginia Giuffre who claimed that she was both forced to have sex with Epstein and was “loaned out” to his friends – including Andrew.

At the time, British media alleged that Giuffre was coerced into having sexual encounters with the prince, being told “to give him whatever he required.” The reports prompted the British royal family to issue an unusually blunt denial that described the allegations as “false and without any foundation.”

Epstein was found dead in his NYC prison cell on August 10,

Johnson launches anti-vaxxer crusade as measles outbreak grips UK

johnson-launches-anti-vaxxer-crusade-as-measles-outbreak-grips-uk

19-08-19 06:00:00,

The British government has launched a campaign to combat misleading information spread by people opposed to vaccines, after the UK lost its “measles-free” status with the World Health Organization.

PM Boris Johnson announced on Monday that, along with other measures, parents who have concerns over the jabs will be given new evidence-based advice to correct any false information they may have learned.

Downing Street said it hopes the campaign will boost the rate of children who are fully vaccinated against measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR), from 87 percent up to 95 percent.

Measles surges to ALARMING levels in nearly 100 countries, consequences may be ‘DISASTROUS’ – UN

The push comes as the UK finds itself in the midst of a measles crisis. There have already been 231 cases of measles in the UK in the first quarter of 2019. Earlier this year a Unicef report warned that half a million British children were not immunised against measles between 2010 and 2017. The spike caused Britain to lose its World Health Organization (WHO) “measles-free” status just three years after the virus was declared eliminated.

Britain isn’t alone in its fight against the age-old viral illness; Johnson called the effort a “global challenge.” There have been 364,808 measles cases reported around the world so far this year.

France, the most anti-vaccine nation in the world, with a third of the nation expressing distrust of the jab, last year made vaccinations compulsory. While the US is battling the greatest outbreak of measles since 1992 with 1,203 individual cases so far in 2019.

Johnson dreigt EU met belastingparadijs na Brexit

johnson-dreigt-eu-met-belastingparadijs-na-brexit

02-08-19 09:23:00,

Speciale Economische Zones moeten belastingparadijs scheppen

Boris Johnson, Brexit and the Deep State | The Vineyard of the Saker

boris-johnson,-brexit-and-the-deep-state-|-the-vineyard-of-the-saker

02-08-19 07:14:00,

by Nick Griffin for The Saker Blog

Nick Griffin, a life-long opponent of the European Union and former Member of the European Parliament, explains why – after three years of believing that the rulers of Britain would block Brexit, he now believes it is more likely than not to be delivered.

Are the British people really going to get Brexit? For years, the answer given by well-informed realists has had to be ‘No!’ The UK’s ruling elite was so thoroughly Europhile that they would do whatever it took to block the will of the British people, and Brussels would go along with this deceit, just as they did when the French, the Dutch and the Irish were sold out to the EU by their own masters.

But today I’m going to tell you that it is now more likely than not that Brexit WILL happen. Indeed, assuming the new Boris Johnson regime manages to cling on to power, or is forced into a general election in which Johnson reaches some sort of deal with Nigel Farage, it is now virtually guaranteed.

Of course, there is a faint possibility that the whole Johnson business is a giant game of three-dimensional chess, and that he’s running an elaborate scam with no intention of getting Britain out. But, realistically, if that was the plan, there would be absolutely no purpose in delaying such a betrayal, still less in raising so many expectations.

To encourage and then dash such hopes would be ludicrously self-defeating, so we have to assume that Johnson and Co are serious and that – barring a series of events outside of their control, they WILL deliver Brexit.

So what has changed? Has the Europhile British elite suddenly had a change of heart and decided to do the decent thing by the people who pay their inflated salaries?

Of course not. Leopards don’t change their spots. But, in the case of the UK elite, it was always divided into two leopards, with very different spots. One of them, for years now the stronger animal, was blue with yellow, spots – a thoroughly European beast.

The colours of the, until recently, smaller animal are harder to discern. At first glance,

Boris Johnson Sad Reality: The UK Now “BIGGEST” Joke of All! | New Eastern Outlook

boris-johnson-sad-reality:-the-uk-now-“biggest”-joke-of-all!-|-new-eastern-outlook

27-07-19 06:53:00,

borisjohnson

In 1977 Derby County Football Club, champions of England two years before but then in decline, were drawn away to fourth division Colchester United in the fourth round of the FA Cup. They were held to a draw in Colchester, and therefore the teams replayed the tie in Derby.

During the first half of the game, Derby’s Welsh international Leighton James dribbled the ball over to the opposition corner flag and played various tricks with it, a common timewasting tactic of the period. This made even match commentator Barry Davies, a smooth professional who never said too much, vent his frustration by exclaiming, “It’s come to this has it? Playing around in the corner against a fourth division team?”

I dread to think how Mr. Davies, who is still living, would describe the way the United Kingdom has selected its new Prime Minister. The party which came fifth in the last nationwide election has asked its remaining members to choose between two candidates with track records of gaffes and policy failures.

They have selected BoJo the Clown, formally known as Boris Johnson. Her Majesty the Queen will now be told by his predecessor (someone called Theresa May, remember her?) that Mr. Johnson has the confidence of parliament, and should therefore be appointed her next Prime Minister. Her Majesty will then be expected not to burst out laughing, or swear profusely, when she hears this.

It’s come to this, has it? Metaphorically playing around in the corner in order to BECOME a fourth division team? Because that is what Johnson’s election by his party is designed to achieve, by an ailing band of once-proud democrats who are so aware of their own impotence that they would rather have Barabbas than anything resembling a way, a truth or a life.

Getting your own back

The Conservative Party may still be the largest in parliament, but since it threw way its majority at the last parliamentary election it has lost touch with the people. It used to think of itself as the Natural Party of Government. Now it is all about which kind of Brexit it wants, if any, and which particular prejudice is used to justify that position.

Johnson & Johnson Knew About Asbestos in Baby Powder for Decades | Light On Conspiracies – Revealing the Agenda

Reuters investigation published Friday charges that Johnson & Johnson, a multi-billion dollar company known for its healthcare products, knew for decades that its iconic talcum baby powder “was sometimes tainted with carcinogenic asbestos,” but concealed the information from regulators and the public.

Asbestos, “the name given to six minerals that occur naturally in the environment as bundles of fibers,” has been used in North America’s automotive, construction, and shipbuilding industries since the late 1800s, according to the National Cancer Institute. The World Health Organization (WHO) warns that “all types of asbestos cause lung cancer, mesothelioma, cancer of the larynx and ovary, and asbestosis (fibrosis of the lungs).”

Because asbestos sometimes occurs in the earth along with talc, contamination is possible. Reuters—along with attorneys for more than 11,000 plaintiffs currently suing Johnson & Johnson, claiming the company’s products caused their cancer—examined memos, internal reports, and other confidential documents as well as deposition and trial testimony.

that from at least 1971 to the early 2000s, the company’s raw talc and finished powders sometimes tested positive for small amounts of asbestos, and that company executives, mine managers, scientists, doctors, and lawyers fretted over the problem and how to address it while failing to disclose it to regulators or the public.

The documents also depict successful efforts to influence U.S. regulators’ plans to limit asbestos in cosmetic talc products and scientific research on the health effects of talc.

Boris Johnson’s grotesque comparison: Russia’s 2018 Football World Cup; Hitler’s 1936 Berlin Olympics

Boris Johnson’s grotesque comparison: Russia’s 2018 Football World Cup; Hitler’s 1936 Berlin Olympics

22-03-18 08:05:00,

US President Donald Trump has just lectured NATO on it member’s commitment performance and held a controversial meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin and is next week to receive EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, with trade matters being high up on the agenda.

Juncker is expected to present Trump with a package of proposals to help smooth relations and potentially heal areas of division, particularly those surrounding Europe’s trade relationship with America. Those proposals are precisely what is cropping up as another area of divergence between some members of the EU, specifically France and Germany, just after a major contention on migration has been driving discord within the Union.

This gets down to whether Europe should offer concessions to Trump on trade while Trump is admittedly describing the Union as a ‘foe’ and has initiated a trade spat with the Union by assessing trade tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from Europe, spurring retaliatory tariff measures from the EU Commission.

France, specifically, is opposed to any sort of compromise with Trump on the matter, where Trump is perceived as an opponent to the Union and its unity, whereas Germany is economically motivated to seek an end to the trade dispute under the threat of a new round of tariffs emanating from the Trump administration, and is therefore seeking to find some sort of proposal that Trump will accept and therefore back down on his protectionism against the EU, and Germany in particular.

Politico reports:

Only a week before European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker flies to Washington, France and Germany are divided over how much he should offer to U.S. President Donald Trump to end a deepening trade war, say European diplomats and officials.

But, they add, Germany has the upper hand. Berlin is shaping Juncker’s agenda, suggesting three offers that he could take to Trump on July 25 to resolve the dispute, according to people familiar with the plans.

The French are uneasy about the wisdom of such a conciliatory approach, however, and publicly accuse Trump of seeking to splinter and weaken the 28-member bloc, which he has called his “foe.”

Boris Johnson Threatens World Cup Boycott If Russia Behind Mystery Spy Incident

Just hours after a former Obama administration official tweeted a news story blaming Russian President Vladimir Putin for swaying Italy’s weekend parliamentary election in favor of Euroskeptic parties (of course the strong gains made by the Five Star Movement had nothing to do with Italy’s massive debt load or its 38% youth unemployment rate), UK Foreign Minister Boris Johnson told MPs in the House of Commons that Russia is a “malign and destructive” force and promised it would be “brought to heel” following the suspected poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia Skripal.

The elder Skripal, 66, and his daughter, who is in her 30s, were found collapsed on a bench at a shopping center in Salisbury, South England, on Sunday. Both are in critical condition and are being treated at Salisbury Hospitals. They were discovered by a 33-year-old woman who was known to the both of them.

Per Reuters, Britain will respond robustly if proof of Russia’s involvement is discovered.

“There is much speculation about the disturbing incident in Salisbury, where a 66-year-old man, Sergei Skripal, and his 33-year-old daughter, Yulia, were found unconscious,” Johnson told parliament.

“While it would be wrong to pre-judge the investigation, I can reassure the House that should evidence emerge that implies state responsibility, then her majesty’s government will respond appropriately and robustly.”

UK police are still working to try and pinpoint what “unknown substance” harmed the Skripals. Officers discovered the pair, who had no physical injuries, at the Maltings shopping center in Salisbury, per the BBC.

Temporary Assistant Chief Constable Craig Holden said the “major incident” response from the attack didn’t amount to a counter-terrorism investigation, but that multiple agencies were involved, repudiating reports that the investigation had been taken over by counterterrorism officials.

Skripal

Skripal, a retired Russian military intelligence officer, was jailed for 13 years by Russia in 2006 after he was outed as a double-agent for the UK and convicted of passing the identities of Russian intelligence agents working undercover in Europe to the UK’s Secret Intelligence Service, MI6.

Johnson also told MPs that the Skripal case had “echoes”
