COVID-19 Shows America Is Vulnerable To Biological Terror, And Weaponized Viruses Are Surprisingly Easy To Make

29-07-20 06:59:00,

Authored by Michael Snyder via The End of The American Dream blog,

In this article, I want to talk about something that has been on my heart for quite a while.  Over the last several months, we have all seen the chaos that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused all over the globe.  Overall, more than 16 million confirmed cases have been reported worldwide, and more than 650,000 people have died.  But of course those raw numbers do not tell the entire story.  This virus has struck fear into the hearts of billions of people all over the world and has thrown the entire global economy into a devastating economic depression.  After watching what COVID-19 has done to us, it is inevitable that many of those that wish to do us harm will be inspired to look into the feasibility of purposely releasing viruses that are even deadlier than COVID-19 inside the United States.  Thanks to dramatic leaps in technology over the last couple of decades, it has become very easy to create and weaponize viruses, and once such a biological weapon is released we may never even know who attacked us.

I wanted to know who else was talking about this, and so I did a search for articles on biological terror, and I found an NBC News piece that was published back in May

The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed a structural vulnerability to biological attacks in the U.S. and Europe that requires urgent government action, multiple current and former national security and public health officials told NBC News.

Former officials in the U.S. and the U.K. warn that the devastating impact of the coronavirus on health care infrastructures and economies may act as a “neon light” for terrorist groups looking to unleash pathogens on Western nations.

In this instance, NBC News is right on the money.

I can just imagine a bunch of terrorists sitting around watching a news report about how COVID-19 is crippling the United States and seeing their eyes light up when they suddenly realize the possibilities.

And when I use the term “terrorists” in this article, I am using it in a very broad sense.

As Stocks Soar, Data Shows The Real Economy Is Mired In Historic Crash

10-06-20 07:15:00,

Authored by Michael Snyder via,

Have you been watching the madness that has been unfolding on Wall Street?  Even though we are in the middle of the worst global pandemic in 100 years, and even though rioters and looters have been turning our major cities into war zones, stock prices have been going up day after day.  In fact, the Nasdaq closed at an all-time record high on Monday.  Sometimes people ask me to explain this rationally, and I can’t, because the Federal Reserve has transformed our “financial markets” into a total mockery at this point.  The real economy is literally collapsing all around us, but thanks to Fed intervention stock investors are doing just fine.

It has been absolutely disgusting to watch, and if Adam Smith could see what was happening he would be rolling over in his grave.  Unfortunately, thanks to our rapidly declining system of education most Americans don’t even know who Adam Smith is anymore.

I can’t recall another time in modern U.S. history when stock prices skyrocketed as the U.S. economy plunged into a recession.  What we have been witnessing has truly been extremely bizarre, and it will be fascinating to see how long it can last.

Meanwhile, the real economy is a giant mess.  On Monday, the National Bureau of Economic Research finally got around to letting us know that a recession has officially begun

It’s official: The United States is in a recession.

The National Bureau of Economic Research said Monday the U.S. economy peaked in February, ending the longest expansion in U.S. history at 128 months, or about 10½ years.

In truth, the announcement codifies the painfully obvious. States began shutting down nonessential businesses in mid-March to contain the spread of the coronavirus, halting about 30% of economic activity and putting tens of millions of Americans out of work.

And in other news, the sky is blue and the moon is not made out of cheese.

Anyone with half a brain can see that the economy is falling apart.  For example, we just learned that U.S. factory orders were down 22.3 percent in April compared to a year earlier…

Having collapsed by a record 10.4% MoM in March,

New Study Shows US Coronavirus Infections “50- To 80-Fold Higher” Than Believed

18-04-20 08:01:00,

One of the biggest problems confronting scientists and public health officials is the fact that we really don’t know how many people have contracted the virus, but have never shown symptoms.

These so-called “asymptomatic” cases have been a huge problem thwarting attempts at containment. And as governors start to roll out plans for reopening their states, people are wondering who is ready to go back to work first. Some have suggested that tests that can detect ‘antibodies’ for the virus – typically they develop in people who have recovered from the virus – should be used to determine who is “immune”, and then they should go back first.

The only snag is that there’s no evidence that the antibodies make somebody immune from this particular virus. Furthermore, some research has shown that antibodies in the blood of some recovered patients is nearly undetectable, suggesting that they might still be vulnerable to reinfection.

There’s also a theory that testing for antibodies could help show what percentage of the population was infected, but never symptomatic. To wit, a recent study carried out in California’s Santa Clara County found that random incidence of virus antibodies was significantly higher than researchers anticipated.

Here’s more from ABC News:

The first large-scale community test of 3,300 people in Santa Clara County found that 2.5 to 4.2% of those tested were positive for antibodies – a number suggesting a far higher past infection rate than the official count.

Based on the initial data, researchers estimate that the range of people who may have had the virus to be between 48,000 and 81,000 in the county of 2 million – as opposed to the approximately 1,000 in the county’s official tally at the time the samples were taken.

A critical question in the path towards the future is how many people actually have protective novel coronavirus antibodies and possible immunity? Two research teams in California – backed by armies of dedicated volunteers – set out to answer this very question and the first set of results are in.

“Our findings suggest that there is somewhere between 50- and 80-fold more infections in our county than what’s known by the number of cases than are reported by our department of public health,”

T-Mobile Ad Shows Actors Using Smartphones In Ways They Warn Against in Product Manuals – Activist Post

25-03-20 07:29:00,

By B.N. Frank

Product manuals warn that carrying or holding a cell phone directly against the body could cause users to expose themselves to Radio Frequency Radiation that exceed federal RF safety limits.  Telecoms must take the potential for harm very seriously because they ALL have been warning investors that they could be held liable for harm caused by their devices and transmitters (aka cell towers).  In fact, T-Mobile warned AGAIN about this just a few months ago.  Regardless, a lot of money was paid to somebody to produce videos for T-Mobile, and at least one of them shows a woman and a man holding phones directly next to their heads and a woman carrying her phone in the back pocket of her very tight britches.

Another reason to not carry a T-Mobile phone so close to the body – it might catch fire and/or explode.  In fact, one T-Mobile customer’s phone caught fire within a month of her having it.  FYI – Anyone with a 5G phone seems to be at more risk for it overheating.  However, even before 5G there were reports about other company’s cell phones and wireless radiation transmitting devices overheating, smoking, catching fire, and/or exploding.  So there’s that too.

On a related note – a class action lawsuit was filed last year because some smartphones models DO exceed federal RF safety limits.

This Video Shows How Far Those In Power Will Go To Maintain Control Of A Quarantine

03-03-20 08:59:00,

Authored by J.G.Martinez G. via The Organic Prepper blog,

In our modern world, information is power. We know all that. Whether if some information we find allows us to sleep at night, that´s a different question.

Technology has made readily available information we never thought could be possible. This has allowed the shaping of our society in ways we never imagined.

Under severe circumstances, those in control will take extreme measures to keep it. This is, has been, and very likely will continue being a norm. Losing control is the worst nightmare for politicians. They know, that once public law enforcement organizations have been overrun, they will be targeted. Should they have their conscience clean, that wouldn´t happen. But in every society of the world, with the extremely few exceptions, the norm seems to be these politicians don´t have it so clean. Therefore, they will do whatever they have to do, to avoid losing their grip.

How is China maintaining control?

Now let´s analyze Chinese idiosyncrasy. Their culture has been going on for thousands of years. They are right to be proud. Whether that strange and modern concept of “human rights” was respected, it´s not part of the equation. Poor people had “human” rights thousands of years ago? I am not by any means an expert in history; but I would say, most of the actual “empires” are on a basis of total lack of respect for individual rights.

How is it possible that 1.5 billion people are kept under control so they don´t take over the status quo? It´s a mystery for me. But the future is unpredictable and can be really surprising. Things can change. The only constant is change.

We never can underestimate how far the system can go, just to avoid that huge beast called “the masses” getting out of control. This being said, I am going to describe what is in the videos of the link I submit here. This is my personal opinion, strictly. I´m totally responsible.

Warning: The video has some strong violent scenes including female mistreating.

Expect violent measures

Never been in the military, but I know most of the uniformed forces all over the world some kind of protocol to counterattack every possible contingency.
