Syrian Army Uncovers Organ Trading Hub Of Turkish-Backed Militants In Southern Idlib | The Vineyard of the Saker

South Front

The joint Russian-Turkish patrol set to be held in southern Idlib on July 29 was delayed due to increased military tensions and the inability of Ankara to ensure the security of the patrol in its area of responsibility. And the situation does not seem to be improving.

According to pro-militant sources, on the evening of July 29th and morning of July 30th, the Syrian Army launched over 500 shells at militants’ positions in the Zawiya Mount area, including Kansafra, al-Bara, Kafar Aweed, Fatterah and Erinah. In response, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and its allies struck Syrian Army checkpoints at Kafr Nabl, As Safa, Hakoura and in nearby areas.

In the last few days, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and the Turkistan Islamic Party reinforced their positions on the contact line with the Syrian Army, south of the M4 highway. Their forces reportedly remain on high alert. Pro-government sources say that the inability of Ankara to secure another joint patrol in southern Idlib is a signal that the militants are preparing for offensive actions there.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Army uncovered a hideout that had been used by militants working as organ traders in the village of al-Ghadfah in southern Idlib. According to Syria’s state-run news agency SANA, government forces found human organs, including hearts, livers and heads in the hideout. The organs were preserved in jars with chloroform. The jars carried the names of the victims. Personal IDs of the victims, men and women, were also found in the hideout.

The hideout included a room designated for religious studies with radical ideological publications. This indicates that the site had belonged to one of the multiple militant groups that still operate in Greater Idlib thanks to the Turkish opposition to counter-terrorism operations there.

Al-Ghadfah is located in the vicinity of the city of Maarat al-Numan and for a long time it has been controlled by Turkey’s main partner in Idlib – Hayat Tahrir al-Sham. The town was liberated by the Syrian Army and its allies in January 2020.

Lt. Sharif al-Nazzal of the Syrian Military Intelligence Directorate (MID) was assassinated in the town of Sahem al-Golan in western Daraa on July 29. The lieutenant was with another intelligence officer known as “Abu Haider”,

Syrian Christians Respond to Erdogan’s Neo-Ottoman Agenda – Global Research

16-07-20 01:55:00,

The steadfast city of Al Sqeilbiyyeh responds strongly to the move of neo-Ottoman would-be-Emperor, Erdogan, to convert the historic church of Hagia Sophia from a secular, inclusive museum into a Mosque.

According to Turkish media (Hurriyet) changes will be applied immediately to the 1500 year old World Heritage building. The holy Christian icons and mosaics may be covered to make way for Muslim prayer, the first will be on Friday 24th July.

The legendary icons include a mosaic made in the 9th or 10th century featuring a seated Jesus holding a book with the words “Peace be with you. I am the light of the world.” There is also a mosaic of Jesus dating back to 1261.

“In 1934, under the rule of the founder of modern Turkey, Kemal Ataturk, Hagia Sophia became a museum. Since Ataturk’s conversion of the building it has been a symbol of secular Turkey and religious coexistence.”

The Syrian Christian Orthodox city of Al Sqeilbiyyeh in northern Hama is responding with resistance against this attack on the secular co-existence that is now threatened by Erdogan’s neo-Ottoman ambitions.

Image on the right: Nabel Alabdalla. (Photo: Vanessa Beeley)

The city of Al Sqeilbiyyeh resisted the sectarian extremism that attempted to wipe Christianity from the map of Syria and the region, for ten long years. All members of this resilient community have upheld the pluralist culture of their nation and of their President Bashar Al Assad and they will not allow the same sectarian supremacist agenda to destabilise the region any further.

Nabel Alabdalla, the commander of the National Defence Forces is proposing an initiative to build a symbolic scaled down version of the church in defiance of Erdogan’s decision and to name it after Hagia Sophia. The cornerstone for the church will be laid in Sqeilbiyyeh with the blessings of the Bishop of Hama, Nicola Baalbaki.

Erdogan and his extremist proxies in Syria and throughout the region threaten Christianity with extinction in the Middle East. Syria is the birthplace of Christianity and Nabel has taken this decision because of his profound love for his President, his homeland, its history and its diverse, multi-faith tapestry which must be defended and protected at all costs.

Captured Syrian militants tell media they are US-trained, sent to spy on Russian, Iranian & Syrian facilities

15-07-20 06:24:00,

Three gunmen caught by the Syrian Army have told Russian media they were part of a US-backed militant group and had been sent on a spying mission in the Raqqa governorate.

The detainees were shown to journalists near the city of Palmyra, where they were delivered by the Syrian army. The three men claimed they belonged to the Revolutionary Commando Army, a militia group based around the US base in Al-Tanf in southeastern Syria.

According to the detainees, they left Al-Tanf on motorcycles and rode north for a reconnaissance mission in the Mansoura subdistrict of the Raqqa governorate. Upon reaching their destination they were supposed to look for Syrian, Russian and Iranian facilities.

They avoided major roads to dodge Syrian checkpoints and patrols. But their guide, a smuggler by trade, made an error and led them into a minefield, where he, the group leader and a fighter died. Three of the five survivors were soon captured by Syrian troops, the detainees said.

The Syrian military presented Kalashnikov assault rifles, hand grenades, IDs, money and stimulating drugs, which they said the group possessed at the moment of capture. as well as the wreckage of two motorcycles presumably recovered from the minefield.

The Revolutionary Commando Army, or Maghawir al-Thawra (MaT), is one of many anti-government armed groups in Syria that have received support from Washington. It was formed in 2015, presumably to fight the terrorist group Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS). At the time, they claimed they received advanced weapons and CIA training in Jordan.

Today the group is reportedly reduced to a US-backed militia force that provides additional security for the Al-Tanf military base.

One of the detainees said he was recruited into MaT from Rukban, a nearby refugee camp, where he worked as a baker. He got basic military training from American instructors, he said.

Syrian ‘Regime Change’ Architect: William Roebuck, US Ambassador of Destruction – Global Research

06-05-20 08:13:00,

Since 2006, William Roebuck, a US Diplomat, has been working toward ‘regime change’ in Syria at any cost. The destruction of Syria, hundreds of thousands of deaths and injuries, and the migration of one-third of the population have been the price of the US policy under Roebuck’s tenure.  The ultimate goal of ‘regime change’ has never been about greater freedoms, democracy, or human rights for Syrians, but has been with the single target spelled out by Roebuck in 2006: to break the relationship between Iran and Syria.

William Roebuck, US Ambassador ‘to the Kurds in Syria’

William Roebuck is a 27 year veteran of the US State Department, having served under Presidents Bush, Obama, and currently Trump.  His current title is Deputy Special Envoy to the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS. He is a former US Ambassador to Syria and Bahrain.  He has served in the US embassies in Iraq and chargé d’affaires in Libya under Obama. Seymour M. Hersh wrote about the US Embassy in Libya and its role in arming the terrorists used by the US in Syria.  For the past several years, he has been based in Northeast Syria and managing the Kurds.

Roebuck designed the 2011 “Arab Spring” in Syria

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange revealed a plan concocted by William Roebuck, the former US Ambassador to Syria.  Wikileaks published US diplomatic cables, and chapter 10 of “The Wikileaks Files” concerns Roebuck’s cable sent on December 13, 2006.  Ambassador Roebuck wrote that the US should take action to try to destabilize the Syrian government by provoking it to overreact, both internally and externally. That plan was put into action in March 2011 at Deraa, where armed terrorists were interspersed among unarmed civilians in street protests. The terrorists were provoking the police and security forces by shooting at them, as well as shooting unarmed civilians which were blamed on the security forces.

The cables prove that ‘regime change’ had been the goal of US policy in Syria since 2006 and that the US promoted sectarianism in support of its policy, which built the foundation for the sectarian conflict which resulted in massive bloodshed. Roebuck advocated for exploiting Syria’s relationship with Iran,

West blocking Syrian refugees from returning places ‘a bomb’ to destroy neighbors’ economies & security – Lebanese president

04-05-20 02:15:00,

The US and its allies want to keep refugees from returning to Syria regardless of the economic and social damage the current situation does to hosting nations, the president of Lebanon has said in an interview.

“They want to place the refugees as a bomb in the countries neighboring Syria, even if it would blow up the society, the security, and the economy in nations like Lebanon,” President Michel Aoun told the Russian RIA Novosti news agency.

Lebanon has an estimated population of over six million. Of those, a million are registered refugees from Syria and some 500,000 others are people who fled Syria but have no proper paperwork, according to the UN. The refugees are one of several issues plaguing the nation, which is facing a troubled political period. Last year, mass street protests caused the fall of Prime Minister Saad Hariri’s government. In March, Lebanon defaulted on its national debt.

While his country and other neighbors of Syria suffer, Western nations “don’t want to share responsibility for the refugees, even though the US and many European nations have great capabilities,” President Aoun said. The West is insisting that the refugees should not go back to Syria until a political transition is enacted there, which means they may stay in Lebanon for “a very long time”, the head of the country said. One need not look far for an example of this – Lebanon has been hosting Palestinian refugees for over seven decades, and their case is not yet resolved.

Syrian Peace Process Beginning to Look Realistic | New Eastern Outlook

27-03-20 12:14:00,

Nine years have already passed since the first anti-government protests of Syria’s civil uprising, the so-called “Arab Spring”, organized from overseas by those pulling the strings in the Middle East and North Africa and broken up by the police. This civil uprising phase is said to have marked the beginning of the Syrian Civil War. According to the Spanish online newspaper Público, the West played a crucial role by intervening in the initial stage of the conflict in the Siege of Daraa, which would lead to the escalation of the Syrian conflict into a full-blown civil war. The newspaper goes on to describe how the United States and their allies armed and bankrolled a tiny minority they called “moderate rebels”, and gave the green light to countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates to do the same.

Over the years, the civilian population in Syria have suffered terrible losses, and their country’s infrastructure and economy have been left in ruins. The situation has also been made worse by terrorist activities carried out by DAESH and affiliated militants, as well as openly subversive and aggressive policy of the US, a country which is still trying to use militants and various extremist groups to shamelessly plunder Syria’s national assets and energy resources to this day.

The obsession Ankara later developed with protecting its borders with Syria and preventing the Syrian Kurds from establishing their own state on the border with Turkey did nothing to help stabilize the situation in Syria. The United States, Britain and France actually began to direct their trilateral aggression against Syria under the flimsy pretext of protecting the Syrian people from President Bashar al-Assad’s “apparent chemical weapons attack on civilians.” Saudi Arabia joined them, along with a few other Arab countries that intervened in the Syrian conflict under the pretext of protecting the “Sunni” presence in the face of Iranian “Shiite” expansion, and in order to combat the Iranian influence on Syrian territory.

The measures taken by the international community in conjunction with the Syrian authorities to stabilize the situation in the country and bring an end to the bloodshed did not produce any significant results for a long time. Their only significant achievement was probably the decisive victory over DAESH terrorists in Syria and in the Middle East as a whole,

Syrian Christian Village Awaits the End of Al Qaeda’s Occupation of Idlib – Global Research

10-03-20 05:07:00,

The western media has focused on Idlib as the last ‘rebel’ held area in Syria; however, it is held by Al Qaeda, not Syrian rebels.  The Syrian rebels, aka “Free Syrian Army” , ceased to exist years ago, when the Al Qaeda terrorists arrived through Turkey, supported by the US-NATO-EU bloc.

The western media have focused only on the suffering of the civilians in Idlib; however, they fail to acknowledge that those civilians are not from Idlib.  The original residents of Idlib left years prior when the terrorists occupied the area.

The people of Idlib fled for their lives, leaving behind olive farms, crops, farmhouses, city shops and businesses.  The Idlib homeowners are waiting to return, but they can’t before the terrorists are removed. The terrorists took everything in sight and promised to turn Idlib into an ‘Islamic State’ in an agricultural province on the border with Turkey.  That border was necessary to their plan because over that border comes their funds, fighters, weapons, food and humanitarian aid to feed and clothe their families, and equally importantly, over that border comes the hundreds of western journalists who will defend the terrorists and write one side of the Syrian story and leave the reader convinced that everyone should be rooting for Al Qaeda to win the war.

However, those journalists never bother to inform their readers of the Syrian citizens, the neighbors of Idlib, who have been maimed, raped, and massacred by the terrorists in Idlib. These are the Syrians who are praying for the Syrian Arab Army and their Russian allies to advance and defeat the terrorists.  These are Armenian Christians of Kessab who have been displaced, and some made penniless refugees in foreign countries, who may never see their home again.  Kessab may never recover. Its Armenian heritage may be lost to the history books. Kessab is not safe because it sits next to Idlib and has been a continual target of the missile attacks by the Al Qaeda in Idlib.

Video: Syrian Army Advance in Idlib Province. Netanyahu and Erdogan to the Rescue of Al Qaeda – Global Research

06-02-20 07:14:00,

In Greater Idlib the defences of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and other favorites of the foreign powers supporting ‘Syrian democracy’ are collapsing.

On February 5, the Syrian Army, supported by Russian airpower, took control of a number of villages in southeastern Idlib and southwestern Aleppo including Resafa, al-Dhahabiyah, Ajlas, Talafih and Judiydat Talafih. They besieged a Turkish observation post established near Tal Toqan and reached another one, near al-Sheikh Mansur.

Late on the same day, the army’s Tiger Forces captured the eastern entrance to Saraqib and established fire control over the open roads leading from the town. According to local sources, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and other al-Qaeda so-called freedom fighters started fleeing the town. The Turkish Army had stuck several observation posts right in the area, but these apparently did not help.

Early on February 6, pro-government forces seized the area of Duwayr, cutting off the M5 highway north of Saraqib. Thus, the road through Saramin remained the only way to flee for militants remaining in the town. However, it is under the fire control of the Syrian Army.

Several hours after this government forces took full control of Saraqib.

Saraqib Nahiyah is the largest subdistrict of the Idlib district of the province. The subdistrict is located on the crossroad of the M4 and M5 highways. Its pre-war population was approximately 88,000. The fall of Saraqib into the hands of Damascus and its allies will allow government troops to continue the operation clearing the entire M5 highway and open the road to Idlib city itself.

Right on cue, while the Syrian Army was storming Saraqib, the Israeli Air Force delivered a wide-scale strike on targets in the countryside of the Syrian capital, Damascus, and in the province of Daraa. The Al-Kiswa area, Marj al-Sultan, Baghdad Bridge and the area south of Izraa were among the confirmed targets of the attack.

Syria’s State media claimed that the Syrian Air Defense shot down most of the Israeli missiles before they were able to reach their targets. Pro-Israeli sources claim that the strikes successfully hit Iran-related targets destroying weapon depots and HQs of Iranian-backed forces. The Israeli leadership once again officially confirmed its participation in the club of terrorism supporters in Syria.

The Syrian Arab Army and Allies are Fighting the “Real War on Terror” – Global Research

04-02-20 09:48:00,

Probably the most hideous propaganda to be spewed by the establishment media cartel in the West is that which portrays the Syrian Arab Army as some kind of militia, “Assad’s gang”, disconnecting these defenders of homeland from the people they are fighting for and dying for every day.

I travelled to Aleppo by Pullman bus a few days ago, it was full of young soldiers heading to the frontlines in West Aleppo and Idlib. Young men from all areas of Syria, all communities, united in the common cause – to liberate their country from the infestation of extremism and sectarian terrorism, to bring peace back to a country that everyone in Syria describes as “the safest place in the Middle East before 2011”.

Most of them slept, curled up in their seats, exhausted.. others hopped off the bus when we stopped, to have a coffee or a cigarette. All of them polite, friendly and tired.

Soldiers sleeping in Idlib between battles.

I was in Layramoun, an industrial area to the north of Aleppo two days ago as the SAA soldiers prepared for the military campaign to liberate the areas surrounding the factories that are occupied by the West’s “moderates” – Al Qaeda in Syria – it was freezing cold, a biting wind cutting to the bone, not one of the soldiers had really warm clothing or boots. They arrived one by one, their faces full of purpose, their weapons slung over their shoulder, greeting each other with grim camaraderie before the battle begins. Tanks nestling inside open garages, hidden from view, artillery trucks carrying missile launchers parked on the roadside, groups of soliders discussing plans… there was a feeling of calm before the storm.

These soldiers do not have the equipment or food that the terrorist groups have. Turkey ensures that their proxies have everything they need, including US manufactured TOW missiles (anti-tank). The SAA soldiers often do not have food for weeks/months, they survive literally on what they can forage except when local people risk their own lives to bring them sandwiches & tea. The illegal US/EU sanctions are a major part of the war waged against these soldiers who defy all this hardship until victory is the sweetest taste in their mouths.

Syrian Fighters Abandon Libyan War, Flee Towards Italy: Report

22-01-20 08:48:00,

Some Syrian fighters that went to fight in Libya have since abandoned the war and fled to Italy, opposition media sites claimed, as cited by Al-Watan.

According to the reports, at least 17 of the Syrian fighters have already arrived in Italy after spending a short period of time inside Libya.

Image via AMN

The reports said that the Syrian fighters intentionally accepted the deployment to Libya in order to later escape into Italy.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), some 2,400 Syrian fighters have already traveled to Libya thus far.

Another 1,200 fighters from a number of factions in the Free Syrian Army (FSA) are expected to make their way to Libya in the coming weeks. Middle East-based reporter for The Investigative Journal Lindsey Snell was told by a Libyan National Army (LNA) source:

“The mercenaries don’t believe that they will be returning to Turkey or Syria, so trying to get to Europe is the most logical option for them,” the source said.

Our #TIJ Exclusive; 3,000 Syrian mercenaries flew to Libya from Turkey. Cost of the trip from az-Zawiyah, Libya to Italy rose from $700 to $1300 “The mercenaries don’t believe that they will be returning to Turkey or Syria, 147 mercenaries paid down payments go to Europe”

— Mohamed Fahmy (@MFFahmy11) January 21, 2020

“And now, according to the LNA source, it appears that one escaped ISIS member managed to join a Turkish-backed militant faction bound for Libya and attempt to make his way to Europe,” The Investigative Journal reported further.

Last month, Bloomberg News released a story about Turkey offering contracts to Syrian fighters in order to help the Libyan Government of National Accord (GNA).

Since then, several fighters have been seen inside of Libya, most notably near the capital city of Tripoli.

Syrian Jihadists Filmed Jet-Setting To Next Proxy War On Commercial Plane

19-01-20 07:36:00,

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has continued warning that terrorist groups as well as a ‘flood of refugees’ will show up on Europe’s shores if the Tripoli government were to fall to renegade General Khalifa Haftar, amid his continued offensive to control the Libyan capital. Erdogan’s statement came a day before he heads to Berlin for a major peace conference which will attempt to halt the fighting.

And yet look who’s sending actual jihadists into the already war-ravaged country on comfortable commercial jets:

Wasn’t this supposed to be a “covert” operation?

Footage is allegedly showing Syrian rebels in a jet, getting transferred to Libya in support of UN-backed government in Tripoli.

— Ragıp Soylu (@ragipsoylu) January 18, 2020

Middle East media outlet Arab News describes the footage as follows:

A video has emerged showing dozens of what appear to be Syrian rebels on an Afriqiyah Airways plane headed to Libya where they will allegedly fight alongside the country’s Government of National Accord (GNA), Libyan newspaper Al-Shahid has claimed.

In the video, the men — three of whom were seen wearing military uniforms — are on their way to Libya where they will reportedly fight as mercenaries for the GNA’s militias.

The shocking video of what is supposed to be a “covert” Turkey-sponsored mission to bolster the Tripoli GNA government with both Syrian jihadist FSA mercenaries (and separately Turkish national troops) confirms new reporting in The Guardian this week.

According to the bombshell Guardian report:

Two thousand Syrian fighters have traveled from Turkey or will arrive imminently to fight on the battlefields of Libya, Syrian sources in all three countries have said, in an unprecedented development that threatens to further complicate the north African state’s intractable civil war.

The deployment came after Turkey agreed last month to come to the aid of the Libyan prime minister, Fayez al-Sarraj, who is backed by the UN, in the face of a months-long campaign by his rival, the warlord Khalifa Haftar.

This perhaps makes Erdogan’s latest ‘warning’ appear something more like a ‘threat’ in which he’s the one actually holding the trigger.

The Syrian War: America’s “War on Terror” Exposed – Global Research

31-12-19 03:58:00,

Syria’s Foreign Minister Walid Muallem recently described the US as using the so-called “Islamic State of Iraq and Syria” (ISIS) as “a scarecrow” the US uses to menace targeted nations all while secretly encouraging, protecting, and helping them “move from one area to another.”

Maullum’s comments perfectly encapsulate the twenty-plus year so-called “War on Terror” the US has used to expand itself across the globe militarily and to serve as a stand-in for legitimate economic and political development both within the United States and between the United States and the international community.

Maullum’s comments come at a time when – despite Washington’s collapsing machinations in Syria – the US is still working to undermine, divide, and destroy the Syrian nation by aiding its enemies while using all political, economic, and military options available to pressure Syria itself.

Muallem was also quoted as saying:

All nations that were victimized by this system need to join forces and resist those sanctions.

In many ways, this is already happening. Russia’s intervention in Syria from 2015 onward is part of growing international momentum working against US special interests, their collective hegemony, and the toxic impact it has had not only on international relations and development, but also on the US itself.

From Convincing Pretext to Obvious State-Sponsored Terrorism

Following the events of September 11, 2001 the United States embarked on a multi-decade “War on Terror.” Its invasion of Afghanistan was seen and supported by many nations and their respective populations as a necessary and justified means of combating the scourge that allegedly carried out the deadly attacks on 9/11.

By 2003 – after a time of reflection and in the face of an America eager to spread its “War on Terror” across the globe – it became clear that this “War on Terror” was merely a stand-in to continue America’s hegemonic designs pursued during the now concluded Cold War. This included a pretext for NATO’s continued existence and the alliance’s use by Washington as a means of exerting control over Europe as well as using Europe, its people, and resources to exert influence and control across Africa and Eurasia.

By 2011 and the US interventions in Libya and Syria – it was abundantly clear that not only was the “War on Terror” a false pretext,

Trump Protesting Syrian – Russian Oil Agreements by Terrorist Attacks on Syrian Oil Facilities

21-12-19 08:01:00,

Three main oil and gas facilities in the central province of Homs were targeted by terrorist attacks earlier this morning.

The Syrian Ministry of Oil reported the incident on its social media pages and relayed by SANA. These attacks are occurring a couple of days after the Syrian Parliament approved 2 oil exploration contracts with Russian companies.

Trump’s declaration of his interest in controlling the Syrian oil is translated by his forces occupying some of the main Syrian oil fields northeast of the country, and with his terrorists now bombing other oil facilities.

Syrian oil facilities have been the main target of the US-sponsored terrorists dubbed ‘Peaceful Protesters’ since the early days of the US-led World War of Terror against Syria. Oil exploration and refinery machinery were stolen in broad daylight by al-Qaeda terrorists moving into Turkey with the help of Turkish forces.

Systematic bombing of Syrian oil and gas pipelines was a main objective to harm the Syrian people, especially in winter seasons, and even a crew of the Pentagon’s propaganda news channel, the CNN, blew an oil pipeline themselves and filmed it on cameras and then blamed the Syrian army of it…!

This latest attack targeted the main Syrian oil refinery in Homs, Central Syria, along with the South-Central Gas Plant, and Al-Rayyan Gas Plant, all in Homs province.

The Syrian Ministry of Oil reported that the targeted plants and refinery sustained damage in some of its production facilities.

Specialized technical workshops have been dispatched instantly to the site and are working on extinguishing the fires and repairing the damages, the ministry added.

Meanwhile, Trump with the help of his joker Erdogan and ‘experts’ from the Al-Saud regime continue stealing Syrian oil from the fields occupied by terrorists loyal to the junta ruling the White House. The stolen Syrian oil is smuggled into Turkey then sold to Israel.

Terrorists of ISIS, Nusra Front, FSA, and the separatist Kurdish SDF militia participated and continue to participate in this ugly theft, while humanitarian bastards at the United Nations Security Council try to pass a resolution to extend illegal across the borders supply routes for the terrorists from Turkey into northern Syria for an additional year and open the 5th crossing.

Syrian Army Bombs Kurdish Tankers Smuggling Oil to Turkey, A Message to Trump – Global Research

28-11-19 09:20:00,

Oil tankers and oil makeshift refineries in northeast Syria were bombed by ‘mysterious’ planes yesterday morning, SANA later stated it was done by the Syrian Army regional command.

The statement conveyed Syrian Arab News Agency SANA was brief but very meaningful:

“SANA’s correspondent in al-Hasakah quoted a field source as saying: after verifying that some Kurdish organizations in the Syrian Jazira region smuggle Syrian oil through tanks through Jarablus and Erbil region in northern Iraq to the Turkish regime, which they claim to be their main enemy, Groups of these tanks and oil refining centers were destroyed this morning.

The source stressed that strict measures will be taken against any smuggling of stolen oil from Syrian territory outside Syria.”

Syrian Jazira region refers to the Syrian territories east and northeast of the Euphrates.

That’s it!

The statement is short, the message is profound, the warning line at the end cannot be missed and should be studied very carefully by Trump forces operating illegally in Syria. The US President Donald Trump is the one who said explicitly he’s keeping a number of his forces in Syria to loot the Syrian oil and smuggle it outside the country. In the thinnest chance, they have some smart analysts they should interpret this warning correctly.

It’s been a proven fact over the years that the pariah Turkish regime of the anti-Islamic Muslim Brotherhood fanatics led by Erodgan is stealing Syrian factories and machinery, Syrian wheat, Syrian oil, and even organs from sick Syrians admitted at their ‘hospitals’.

In public, the separatist Kurds claim that the Turkish regime, especially since the radical anti-Islamic Muslim Brotherhood junta took over, is their main enemy and has carried out countless attacks against Turkish targets that led only to the killing of thousands of their own people, they claim to be protecting, southeast of Turkey, which is exactly what ISIS claimed, yet both of them were Erdogan’s ‘best’ business partners in stealing Syrian riches, destroying the Syrian economy and infrastructure, and smuggling it all to Israel…!

In the early days of the Russian military intervention aiding the Syrian Arab Army upon the official request of the Syrian state,

Journalist: Hello and welcome to this special interview with the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, His Excellency Dr. Bashar al-Assad. Thank you for receiving us, Mr. President. Your last interview with Syrian media was several years ago and therefore we have a lot of questions. We will begin with political questions and then move into internal issues.

President Assad: You are welcome, and as always let us speak with full openness.

Journalist: Mr. President, thank you very much for receiving us. Since the political issues are pressing at the moment we will start with politics, Mr. President. The United States announced a few days ago that the leader of the terrorist organization ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, was killed. And it thanked Russia, Syria, Iraq, the Turks and the Kurds for helping kill Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Trump thanked Syria, but we have not heard any comment from Damascus. What is your take on Trump thanking Syria? Did Syria really take part in this operation?

The Syrian Debacle Is Actually Well-Planned Chaos

17-10-19 06:24:00,

Authored by Brandon Smith via,

For many years now I have focused a considerable amount of analysis on the subject of Syria, with an emphasis on the country’s importance to the global elites as a kind of geopolitical detonator; the first domino in a chain of dominoes that could lead to a war involving international powers. I believe this war will develop on multiple fronts, most importantly on the economic front, but it could very well turn into a shooting war involving numerous actors.

Syria is so important, in fact, that the establishment has been careful to smother all discussion about what is really going on there in a fog of propaganda. And make no mistake, BOTH Republicans and Democrats as well as eastern and western governments are participating in the lies and misdirection.  Obviously, the first and most important lie is a multi-sided one, and we can’t continue forward until it’s dissected – I am speaking of the lie of US involvement in the region.

Lie #1: The US Has Legitimacy In The Original Syrian Conflict

First, most people reading this should know by now that US covert intelligence agencies (among others) were the force behind the “revolution” in Syria against the Bashar al-Assad. The majority of the fighters coming into the region were trained and equipped in Jordan in camps run by western agencies. The program was called “Operation Timber Sycamore” and was launched in different stages from 2011-2013.

It’s clear according to the evidence that the Arab Spring and the conflict in Syria were products of global establishment meddling in the area. Weapons were funneled from the Libyan crisis into the hands of “rebels” that infiltrated Syria, and equipment directly provided by the US found its way into the hands of groups that would eventually become what we now know as ISIS. The Obama Administration, Hillary Clinton, John McCain, John Bolton and many others were intimately involved in Timber Sycamore. The war in Syria was entirely engineered from behind the scenes.

The bottom line:  The US has no legitimacy there.

In the Liberty Movement we talk about this conspiracy fact often,

‘Syrian Civil War’: British Terrorists, US Troops, and Western Hostages!

10-10-19 09:02:00,

Syrian Civil War, for more than 8.5 years the Western pundits paint the crisis in Syria as a civil war, really? See how it could be anything else except a civil war.

A Civil War is ‘a war between citizens of the same country.’ Google’s Dictionary says.

Wikipedia puts it like this: ‘A civil war, also known as an intrastate war in polemology, is a war between organized groups within the same state or country.’

Merriam Webster defines ‘Civil War’ as: “A war between opposing groups of citizens of the same country.”

Western Mainstream Media propagandists define the Syrian Civil War’ as: ‘A war waged by foreign terrorists sponsored by other nations against an entire population of a country and their state.’

What is your source for definitions of terms: Dictionaries or very much opinionated news articles?

In today’s inbox alerts I received the following from the New York Times:

Syrian Civil War: British Terrorists, US Troops?Syrian Civil War: British Terrorists, US Troops, Western hostages?

US troops illegally present in Syria took custody of two British ISIS terrorists illegally smuggled to Syria by NATO member state Turkey who killed Western hostages who also were illegally present in Syria! Where is a ‘Civil War’ in all of this?

Here’s what came up when I searched for: ‘nytimes syria civil war’:

Syrian Civil War: New York Times defies dictionaries and defines the US-led war of terror on Syria as a civil warNew York Times defies dictionaries and defines the US-led War of Terror against Syria as a ‘civil war’, it also uses ‘Experts’.

Here’s a sample of ‘Syrian Moderate Rebels’ and ‘Syrian Armed Opposition’ as described by the Western propagandists taking part in the ‘Syrian Civil War’:

Syrian government & opposition finally form constitutional committee, seen as cornerstone of peaceful resolution to 9yo war

23-09-19 08:33:00,

A committee that will write a new constitution for Syria, a key part of the political transition in a war-torn country, has finally been formed with the United Nations’ backing, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres announced.

The body will convene within weeks for the first time, Guterres told reporters on the sidelines of a UN climate summit in New York. He thanked Russia, Iran, and Turkey, the three countries that have been pushing for years to see the creation of the committee as part of the so-called Astana process.

Geir Pedersen, the UN’s Special Envoy for Syria, said the breakthrough came on Monday following meetings with Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem and Naser al-Hariri, who represents the opposition’s Syrian Negotiations Committee.

.@GeirOPedersen I had very positive meeting w/Syrian FM al-Muallem discussing remaining issues leading to formation of Constitutional Committee. I’ve also been in contact w/leader of SNC Hariri today & had very positive discussions w/him. I’ll now be briefing SG on discussions.

— UN Special Envoy for Syria (@UNEnvoySyria) September 23, 2019

The constitutional committee is expected to agree on Syria’s new basic law, which will hopefully secure its future as a nation respecting the religious, political, and ethnic differences of the many groups living there.

The 150-seat body will have equal representation from the Syrian government, the opposition, and civil groups. It will be based in Geneva under UN auspices.

Syrian Prime Minister Inaugurates New Children’s Hospital in Tartous

22-09-19 12:25:00,

Syrian Prime Minister Imad Khamis inaugurated yesterday a new public hospital in Tartous specialized with children health and care.

The General Authority of Children’s Hospital in Tartous is a 6-story building, 6000 square meters total area and it cost 1.2 Billion Syrian Liras.

The new hospital comprises of 100 beds, 40 incubators, an ambulatory division, and an intensive care unit ‘ICU’, it’s an important addition to the health sector in the coastal province of Tartous.

Despite the draconian sanctions imposed on Syria by the USA and its EU stooges, and mainly all countries under their hegemony, the Syrian state has continued to deliver essential services to the Syrian people including the health sector, which suffered much from the US-led War of Terror against the country and not only maintained its free services, it’s accelerating and advancing in all fields.

This new hospital will also serve as a medical educating and training facility to Syrian doctors, nurses, and medical students.

Syrian President Dr. Bashar Al-Assad ordered the building of this hospital last year. Dr. Assad in the Presidential Decree number 300 dated 30 September 2018 gave instructions to establish a general health authority catering for health, education, and training under the name of the General Authority of Children’s Hospital in Tartous.

Building the hospital, equipping it, staffing it, and inaugurating it within less than one year is an example about the determination of the Syrian people to rebuild their country whatever the efforts of the evil souls ruling the western world and their regional stooges would reach.

Essential health services are provided for free in Syria to citizens and residents ranging from treating headache to treating cancer, most medicines were produced in Syria before the US and its stooges combined their efforts to destroy the country, the pharmaceutical sector which also suffered a heavy blow like all other sectors in the country at the hands of NATO terrorists is seeing a slow but gradual return.

A Syrian Student writes by Prof. Tim Hayward

09-09-19 09:48:00,

Afbeeldingsresultaat voor western propaganda policy about SyriaBelow is an article by Prof. Tim Hayward, which is proove of Western MSM Propaganda and state-run wars towards sovereign countries like Syria. Picture Russian Mission #UN Twitter

Tim Hayward: In May this year I received a message from a student, one I had never met. With the student’s permission, I share the message now because it offers some salutary perspective on an issue that has recently been raised in a hostile article in The Tab (a Murdoch-funded media entity) about expectations and concerns of Syrian students entering Western universities. Aside from smearing my own reputation, the article takes a damagingly prejudicial approach to a sensitive issue, as this message helps us see.

The Student writes

Dear Professor Hayward, I thought it might be important to let you know that an individual claiming to be a journalist for HuffPost UK contacted me yesterday asking If I would comment on your involvement in the Syria, Propaganda and Media Group as I am a [degree programme redacted] student in the School of Social and Political Science. It would appear that the person has likely messaged more students within the school and I felt it was best to let you know. I have not replied and do not intend to.

However, I would be very interested in meeting to discuss the issue of Syria, the uprisings and the truth. As a Syrian student who comes from a pro-government family, I have often felt conflicted between my personally held views and the overwhelming outlook of those around me in Scotland and at the university. I have found it very difficult to know how to research the issues at stake, as any information available tends to be extremely biased in one direction or another. Having now read your wordpress and other materials, I feel it could be extremely refreshing to speak to you and perhaps get a proper perspective on an issue that is extremely personal and important to me.

As I’m sure you understand, being a Syrian student studying at a Western institution has made it extremely difficult to wrap my head around the conflict of viewpoints I face as a Syrian but also a Western-educated student when thinking about and trying to research Syria.

Syrian Security Deprive CIA Terrorists of 400,000 Captagon Pills

18-08-19 06:15:00,

CIA terrorists deprived of more than 400k ATS.

Syrian security forces have deprived CIA terrorists of more than 400,000 Captagon pills. On 17 August, authorities in the suburbs of Damascus seized a truck with hidden compartments filled with a large quantity of this Amphetamine-type Stimulant (ATS) known as Captagon.

Captagon pills with other drugs were confiscated by the Syrian security who were monitoring the truck heading from Central Syria at the Lebanese borders towards the south of Syria, most likely towards Jordanian borders.

Upon careful inspection, the well-experienced officers discovered hidden compartments built within the container body of the large truck loaded with thousands and thousands of Captagon pills, most of which were already packed in smaller delivery retail-style bags.

Watch this video by Syrian Ikhbariya of the truck, its shipment, and the traffickers arrested in this successful raid:

Video also available on BitChute:

Three members of the trafficking gang were arrested and has since been transferred to public prosecution for further investigation and to receive their punishment.

Captagon pills, Hash (Hashish), Cocaine, and a host of other drugs in very large quantities have been confiscated by the Syrian authorities throughout the current crisis. CIA-sponsored terrorists from Al-Qaeda, FSA, ISIS, whatever names the CIA finds suitable for them, were actively working on planting, manufacturing, and cross-border trafficking of this lucrative business for them, on one hand the NATO terrorists operating in Syria use it to enable them kill Syrians, maim living people and dead bodies, even blow themselves up with civilians with no remorse, committing unimaginable heinous crimes under influence of such drugs, narcotics, and Amphetamine-type Stimulant.

Another use of ‘investing’ in this business, CIA terrorists benefit from the revenues to finance their activities, pay high salaries to their recruits and their movements across their host countries. Their arms and logistics are taken care of the US taxpayers and the Gulfies. Before the current US-led War of Terror waged against the Syrian people, Syria was among the leading countries in the world of being clean of all sorts of drugs and related products,

Syrian Security Confiscates Armored Vehicles, Weapons, Captagon, Drugs

05-08-19 09:39:00,

A ‘peaceful’ tank left by Nusra Front terrorists – Gift from US Tax Payers to Al-Qaeda terrorists in Syria

Syrian security units and Syrian Arab Army units operating in Hama northern countryside, northwest of Syria, and Daraa countryside, south of Syria, had a busy day busting, discovering, and confiscating large stashes of weapons, munition, gears, armored vehicles, illicit drugs and 1.5 million Captagon pills, courtesy of the Nusra Front and its affiliated terrorist groups, gifted to them by the ever-generous US taxpayers and other western citizens, not to forget the Gulfies.

The terrorists killing tools are shown in the following compiled video report by SANA and Syrian Ikhabriya news channel, details below the video:

Video also available on BitChute:

In Hama northwestern countryside, the Syrian Arab Army units cleaning the region from NATO-sponsored terrorists discovered a large number of armored vehicles and weapons left by the Nusra Front terrorists, Turkistan anti-Islamic Islamist Party, and Izzat Army terrorists defeated in the area by the SAA. Hundreds of the terrorists were terminated, the rest retreated to safe zones under the protection of NATO-member state Turkey.

In the south of the country, in the province of Daraa, the birthplace of the Syrian version of the PNAC’s plan to destroy the Arab World aka Arab Spring, Syrian security forces securing the region after defeating NATO-terrorists foiled an attempt to smuggle 1.5 million Captagon pills (potentiated amphetamine) and bags of other illicit drugs.

The drugs shipment this time was heading to Jordan, in a weird twist of the usual route, where for years drugs were coming from Jordan, Lebanon, and NATO-member state Turkey to the terrorists in Syria. Either the stage is being prepared for Jordan’s episode of the Arab Spring, or the terrorists wanted to smuggle the quantities back to their warehouses.

Also in the southern region, Syrian security units confiscated US-made TOW anti-tank rockets, a Phantom 4 drone, assorted rifles and machine guns, and more than 200,000 rounds of bullets.

US journalists are mourning the back-to-back mass shootings of American civilians and are too busy to report on the confiscation of these major weapons that have been used to slaughter Syrian civilians and destroy their homes,

NATO Terrorists Bomb Syrian Towns, SAA Bombs NATO Terrorists

27-07-19 01:45:00,

Bombing Northwest Syria – Archives

The flood of tears from NATO media journalists over the impending liberation of Idlib has completely blinded them to facts on the ground in Syria. Over the past weeks, they have missed the mortar, missile and IED attacks on civilians, their homes, their cars, their universities, their coffee shops — in Aleppo, in Damascus, in Hama, in Lattakia. They have missed the children blown up by landmines and the soldiers ambushed and decapitated. In addition to the murders committed by the world’s human garbage, with weapons from NATO countries and its satraps, the Shaer Gas Pipeline in Homs, and the Baniyas Refinery Terminal in Tartous were sabotaged.

On 26 July, terrorist gangs bombed the towns of Salhab and Mhardeh, and the village of Asileh, with rockets. The Syrian Arab Army retaliated, destroying an undisclosed number of launchers and “fortifications.”

Damage by the armed savages was fortunately limited to property and infrastructure.

The Syrians of Mhardeh have been a frequent target of the deranged, violent criminals adored by NATO journalists. In September, 11 persons going about their daily lives were massacred; 9 immediately, and 2 subsequently succumbing to critical injuries. That slaughter occurred on the same day that UNSC President Nikki Haley was warning Syria not to fight terrorists in Syria.

haley opcwAnother ‘hospital founder’ at work. Expensive camera videoing to hone his “surgical” skills?

Yesterday, the Syrian Arab Army targeted the Saudi al Ezza faction and the Qatari al Nusra factions of al Qaeda, and bombed an undisclosed number of the murderers’ launching pads, rockets, mortars, missiles, and vehicles in Morek, Ltamenah, Kafr Zeta, al Jebin, and Hesrata in Hama’s northern and northwestern countryside.

Syrian society and secularism, by Thierry Meyssan

14-05-19 05:42:00,

Before the war, Syrian society was organised in a secular manner, in order to allow cohabitation between the many religious groups which compose it. All Syrians have suffered from the atrocities committed by the jihadists (for which the Europeans today blame the Syrian Arab Republic). Many of the victims turned to God. Religious practice has risen from approximately 20 % to 80 %. The Christian community faithful to Rome has mostly emigrated, while the Orthodox Christians have stayed. Sunni Muslims are now even more strongly in the majority. Paradoxically, some of their Imams, forgetting the rhetoric of Daesh and ignoring the resistance of the country, today define secularists as their enemies.

A centre for Jewish, Christian, and Muslim pilgrimages, the mausoleum of John the Baptist in the Umayyad Mosque, or the Great Mosque of Damascus.

Sunni General Hassan Turkmani had imagined defending Syria by counting on its inhabitants [1]. According to him, it was possible to take care of one another and to involve each community, with its own particular cultural relations, in the defence of the country.

This was just a theory, but we have been able to verify that it was correct. Syria has survived assaults by the most massive coalition in human History, just as during the Roman era, it survived the Punic Wars.

« Carthago delenda » (Carthage must be destroyed) [2]), said Cato. « Bachar must go! » echoed Hillary Clinton.

Those who still hope to destroy Syria have now understood that they will first have to crush its religious mosaic. So they vilify the minorities and encourage certain elements of the majority community to impose their cult on others.

It so happens that Syria has a long history of collaboration between religions. In the 3rd century, Queen Septimia Zenobia, who revolted against the Western tyranny of the Roman Empire and took over the leadership of the Arabs of Arabia, Egypt and all of the Levant, made Palmyra its capital [3]. She took care to develop the arts, but also to protect all the religious communities.

In France, during the 16th century, we experienced the terrible wars of religion between two branches of Christianity –

Returning Syrian Refugees Were Fleeing US Proxy War, Not “Assad” | New Eastern Outlook

28-02-19 08:27:00,

A recent BBC segment titled, “The Syrians returning home after years of fleeing war,” contradicted 8 years of the British state media’s narratives regarding the war in Syria.

A synopsis of the short BBC video segment would read:

After years of people fleeing Syria and its civil war, there are now long queues to enter the country each day. Jordan opened its Jaber border crossing last October after Syrian government troops defeated rebels who had controlled the other side.

Now several thousand people pass through each day. They include small-scale merchants reviving cross-border trade and returning Syrian refugees who hope to rebuild their lives.

Huge numbers of Syrians have already returned to Syria – specifically to areas government forces have cleared of Western-armed and backed terrorists. This includes Aleppo, Homs, and Daraa.

The flood of returning refugees to government-held areas indicates Syrians were fleeing the US-backed proxy war against the Syrian government – not the Syrian government itself.

What the BBC Has Previously Claimed

Viewers and readers who invested trust in the BBC’s narratives over the past 8 years will be shocked to hear thousands of Syrians crowding the Jordanian-Syrian border daily to return to the war-ravaged nation.

The BBC has insisted for 8 years, millions of refugees had fled Syria to escape the nation’s “brutal dictator” Syrian President Bashar Al Assad – accused of “gassing his own people,” raining down “barrel bombs” that were both crude and “indiscriminate” but also paradoxically capable of pinpointing elementary schools and children’s hospitals, and whose “Shabiha” death squads lurked around every corner.

In 2016, a BBC article titled, “Syria conflict: Aleppo bombing shuts largest hospital,” uncritically repeated claims made by US-funded fronts operating in Aleppo during security operations to clear it of terrorists.

The BBC would eagerly report:

Russian and Syrian air raids on the rebel-held eastern half of the city of Aleppo have forced the closure of the largest hospital in the area and killed two people, a medical charity says.

The Syrian Army Enters Manbij as Trump Follows Through on Withdrawal: Iraq Is Next – Global Research

30-12-18 04:05:00,

The US presidential plane landed in the darkness of the Iraqi military base of Ayn al-Assad in west Anbar with Donald Trump onboard. But by the time his plane took off three hours later, Trump left behind a protocol-political-parliamentary storm in Mesopotamia as Iraqi members of parliament requested the departure of the 5200 US forces from the country. None of the three Iraqi leaders (Prime Minister Adel Abdel Mahdi, Speaker Mohammad al-Halbusi, President Barham Salih) came to receive Trump as all three rejected US conditions for such a meeting. Trump seems determined to leave Syria without interfering with who will control the territory behind him: this morning the Syrian Army entered the outskirt of the city of Manbij following a deal between Kurdish leaders and the government of Damascus. Will he also end up leaving Iraq before the end of his term in January 2021?

In preparation for Trump’s visit, Iraqi prime minister Adel Abdel Mahdi was asked to meet the US president. He agreed to meet Trump either in Baghdad, on Iraqi soil, or at the Ayn al-Assad military base, on the Iraqi side of the base; Iraqi national security forces and army units are present at the same base where US forces are deployed, in a separate part of the base. To have met on the US-controlled part of the Iraqi-US base would have made Abdel Mahdi appear as an invited guest in his own country.

A few hours before Trump’s arrival, US Ambassador Douglas Silliman told Abdel Mahdi that Trump would receive him in the US part of the base. Trump refused to visit Baghdad for a quick reception; neither would he even cross over to the Iraqi side of Ayn al-Assad, for security reasons. Abdel Mahdi refused the US invitation, as did the Iraqi president and speaker. All three politicians have risen in public esteem for having refused the US invitation.

Trump’s disregard for protocol when landing in a sovereign foreign country has infuriated local politicians, heads of organisations and members of parliament. They felt insulted and have called for the withdrawal of US forces from the country. Others threatened to force US troops out of the country.

YPG Invites Syrian Army To Manbij | The Vineyard of the Saker

28-12-18 08:26:00,

Syrian War Report – Dec. 28, 2018: YPG Invites Syrian Army To Manbij

On December 28, the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) released an official statement inviting the Damascus government to assert control of the areas, from which YPG units had allegedly withdrawn, in particular Manbij. The YPG added that the decision is caused by the Turkish threat and that the group will concentrate its efforts on combating ISIS.

Syrian troops reportedly started entering the town of Manbij in the morning of the same day.

Meanwhile, the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) have continued concentrating troops and military equipment near the Syrian border. According to fresh reports, the TAF has deployed at least 10 M60T battle tanks and several armored vehicles in the province of Kilis.

On December 27, the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation announced the reopening of the country’s embassy in the Syrian capital of Damascus. Abdul Hakim al-Nuaimi was appointed as the UAE’s charge d’affaires in Damascus.

The reopening of the UAE embassy in Syria is another important step in the framework of the broader efforts of the Damascus government to restore its role in the region. Furthermore, this confirms that the UAE sees the Assad government as a legitimate government of Syria. This is something what the UAE’s key ally, the US, has repeatedly challenged by its statements and actions.

Russian companies are reportedly planning to construct an airport in the city of Tartus, as well as joint Syrian-Russian plant to produce vaccines within a framework of agreements signed during the 11th session of the Syrian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission held on December 14th in Damascus. Other notable bilateral projects include rebuilding the car tires’ factory and construction of a new cement plant.

BLACK HOLE: Syrian Province Run By US / Israel – Backed Islamist Gangs Who Steal, Kidnap Children, and Stage Atrocities (Russian TV Report)

BLACK HOLE: Syrian Province Run By US / Israel – Backed Islamist Gangs Who Steal, Kidnap Children, and Stage Atrocities (Russian TV Report)

04-10-18 06:39:00,

Why is the US supporting these guys?, – oh, that’s right, because Israel insists on it …

Russian reporting about Syria is far more truthful than the US, which, honestly is a pack of pro-Israeli lies. An absolute disgrace to journalism.

Russia’s top war correspondent has an excellent report here about what is REALLY going on.

Our war correspondent Evgeny Poddubny will talk about what’s going on in Idlib now.

The positions of the 6th Division are on the border between the Latakia and Idlib provinces. The troops freely move around the base, saying that the mines are seldom planted now. Earlier, they often couldn’t even stick their necks out. Activity on the demarcation line is indeed now very low. But the province of Idlib remains a refuge for international terrorist organizations. Though in the next three weeks, a 9-12 mile deep demilitarized zone will be set up here. Joint Russian-Turkish patrolling is also envisaged.

Another important aspect is the traffic on the Latakia-Aleppo and Hama-Aleppo highways. Right now the northern capital of Syria is connected to the rest of the country through a bypass highway: it is also often called “the road of life”. This is the high-speed highway Latakia-Aleppo. The road has been closed for years now but the road itself is in perfect condition.

This is the last checkpoint of the government forces: further is Jisr Al-Shughur, Idlib, and only then Aleppo, meaning the territory, controlled by fighters from radical groups and from the pro-Turkish organizations. During the accomplishment of the agreements reached in Sochi, this highway should be opened for civilians. But there’s a problem: it’s not clear yet how the Turkish military will get rid of the terrorist groups controlling some parts of the road.

But for now, the province remains the largest refuge of the terrorist group network, the members of which are the radical Islamists from all around the world. In Idlib, there is a large number of the pro-Turkish armed gangs, financially dependent on Ankara and controlled by the Turkish special forces.

But it’s not that easy with Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham: the ex Al-Qaeda branch is financed by the Gulf countries and the Al-Nusra fighters are not happy with the negotiation process and the prospects of a peaceful settlement.

Syrian Army Forces Find Israeli-made Medicine in Militant Field Hospital in Quneitra | Global Research – Centre for Research on Globalization

Syrian Army Forces Find Israeli-made Medicine in Militant Field Hospital in Quneitra | Global Research – Centre for Research on Globalization

Note to readers: please click the share buttons above

Syrian government forces have uncovered a considerable amount of Israeli-made medicine and medical supplies in a field hospital belonging to foreign-sponsored Takfiri militants in the country’s strategic southwestern province of Quneitra.

Local sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Syria’s official news agency, SANA, that army soldiers made the discovery in the town of Naba al-Sakher on Monday as they were conducting a clean-up operation in the area to beef up security and stability and prepare repatriation of local residents.

The sources added that the field hospital had several operating rooms, laboratory equipment and medical supplies in addition to a warehouse, where large quantities of Israeli- and Jordanian-made medicine were being kept.

Takfiri militants in Naba al-Sakher had turned one of the town’s schools into a field hospital to treat their wounded comrades.

This picture, provided by Syria’s official news agency SANA, shows a field hospital belonging to foreign-backed Takfiri militants, which Syrian government forces discovered in Naba al-Sakher town, southwestern Syria, on July 23, 2018.

The development came only a few days after Syrian government forces and fighters from popular defense groups liberated nearly two dozen towns and villages in Quneitra Province.

Syria has been gripped by foreign-backed militancy since March 2011. The Syrian government says the Israeli regime and its Western and regional allies are aiding Takfiri terrorist groups wreaking havoc in the country.

On May 21, the General Command of the Syrian Army and Armed Forces announced in a statement that complete security was restored to Damascus and its countryside after al-Hajar al-Aswad district and al-Yarmouk camp were totally purged of Daesh terrorists.

The development was preceded by flushing the Takfiris out of the towns of Yalda, Babbila and Beit Sahem on the southern outskirts of Damascus.

WATCH: Syrian President Assad explains the REAL reason why he’s still in power

WATCH: Syrian President Assad explains the REAL reason why he’s still in power

13-06-18 05:56:00,

We have constantly heard from the West “Assad must go! Assad must go!”, and yet he remains. The Western narrative about Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad literally contradicts itself if you think about it:

There is a brutal dictator who is killing his own people, and the whole world is against him save for a few countries, and his people totally hate him because he is killing them, yet his army is the largest in the nation and they are winning the war…somehow. And despite the world and his people being allegedly against him, he remains in power…despite the odds.

That is the western narrative. The simple reality is, no one could survive, let alone remain in power against such odds, without the support of the people. And Assad has that support, the support of Syria and her people.

In this video, President Assad explains in his own words, why that is, how he remains in power, and talks briefly about Russia’s role. It is very interesting hearing him break down the western narrative levied against him and the Syrian people in his own calm, collected, and articulate words.

Assad explains in the video, how if the western narrative about him were true, if he was really despised by his entire people, he simply could not remain in power. While there can exist evil dictators in the world, there must always be some form of popular support for almost anyone to remain in power against any form of resistance for a prolonged period of time.

The illusion of “The Evil Dictator” must be dispelled, because it’s a crucial component of the way the Zionist powers justify their global war against the free peoples. What do I mean by this?

The West loves to create Black and White juvenile fantasy narratives, there are “The Good Guys” (NATO, Israel, and friends), and the Bad Guys (anyone who doesn’t worship “Western Democracy and Values”). All the good guys are always good, even if in reality they’re brutal dictators, and all the bad guys are always evil, even if they have the support of their people.

This is an example of the type of people you can see supporting Assad in Syria…

These narratives are absolutely necessary for invaders to justify their military interventionism.

Among Global Research’s most popular articles in 2016 and 2017 by Mark Taliano author of Voices from Syria, 2017. (Click link to order directly from Global Research)

Two years ago, “Majd” wrote these words on a Facebook posting:

” I am Syrian… living in Syria in the middle of everything. We have seen horrors. It was never a revolution nor a civil war. The terrorists are sent by your goverment. They are al Qaeda Jabhat al Nusra Wahhabi Salafists Talibans etc and the extremist jihadists sent by the West, the Saudis, Qatar and Turkey. Your Obama and whoever is behind him or above him are supporting al Qaeda and leading a proxy war on my country.

We thought you are against al Qaeda and now you support them.

The majority here loves Assad. He has never committed a crime against his own people… The chemical attack was staged by the terrorists helped by the USA and the UK,  etc. Everyone knows that here.

American soldiers and people should not be supporting barbarian al Qaeda terrorists who are killing Christians, Muslims in my country and everyone.

Every massacre is committed by them. We were all happy in Syria: we had free school and university education available for everyone, free healthcare, no GMO, no fluoride, no chemtrails, no Rothschild IMF- controlled bank, state owned central bank which gives 11% interest, we are self-sufficient and have no foreign debt to any country or bank.

Life before the crisis was so beautiful here. Now it is hard and horrific in some regions.

I do not understand how the good and brave American people can accept to bomb my country which has never harmed them and therefore help the barbarian al Qaeda. These animals slit throats and behead for pleasure… they behead babies and rape young kids.

They are satanic. Our military helped by the millions of civilian militias are winning the battle against al Qaeda. But now the USA wants to bomb the shit out of us so that al Qaeda can get the upper hand.

Here’s How Syrian “Rebels” Manipulate Information From East Ghouta | Global Research – Centre for Research on Globalization

Here’s How Syrian “Rebels” Manipulate Information From East Ghouta | Global Research – Centre for Research on Globalization

27-02-18 03:30:00,

In the Eastern Ghouta in Syria, a war is fought every day without the exclusion of blows: it is the war of information and propaganda, which is consumed by tweets and photographic material on social networks. Objective: to bring public opinion to its own side, at any cost and by any means. The sources that much of the Western information has used to describe what has been happening in recent weeks are the same as those of the 2016 Battle of Aleppo: the Syrian Human Rights Observatory guided by the dissident Rami Abdel Rahman based in London, the controversial White Helmets, the notorious humanitarian NGO founded by James Le Mesurier and, above all, a dense network of “activists” and “reporter” who declare themselves independent.
