How to Track & Trace Every Person, Purchase & Protein on the Planet, Manipulate Human Behavior

10-06-21 01:30:00,

The technological framework is laid to track and trace every person, purchase, and protein on the planet with the potential applications of invasive technologies championed by the World Economic Forum’s great reset agenda.

People who know they are being constantly monitored behave differently than those who don’t.

In today’s digital world, almost every citizen is aware that their online activity is being monitored, but not everyone knows the full extent, nor are they fully conscious of how track and trace surveillance can manipulate their behavior.

“Authoritarianism is easier in a world of total visibility and traceability” — WEF Global Risks Report, 2019

For those in the “too long; didn’t read” category, here are some key observations dissected in this article:

  • The Preamble: Tracking and tracing can be complementary to transhumanism by way of biometric sensors that can be implanted in the human body, and/or via synthetic, biological alterations to farm and lab-grown food that people eat
    • The People: Tracking and tracing people in real-time via smart devices, wearables, and implants (Internet of Bodies [IoB]) can allow intimate health, geolocational, and behavioral data to flow between public and private entities, which can grant access to, or restrict a person’s ability to use essential goods and services
    • The Purchases: All financial transactions can be tracked and traced digitally (Central Bank Digital Currencies, Distributed Ledger Technology), and the power to purchase/access essential goods and services can be altered for any individual at the flick of a virtual switch
    • The Protein: Food grown in farms or labs (Traditional and Alternative Proteins) can be tracked and traced along the supply chain where every ingredient that a citizen consumes can be monitored and accounted for, while biological alterations to the food source itself may have the potential to change gene function on the opposite end of the pipeline
  • The Possibilities: The ability to fundamentally alter what it means to be human can be achieved through biological and/or technological means. All data (anonymized, compartmentalized, or otherwise) can be consolidated into a digital identity that is unique to each individual, which can give public and private entities unfettered access and insights into the mind,

5G, the New Track of the Arms Race – Global Research

06-06-20 07:22:00,

At Nellis air base in Nevada – the Pentagon announced – the construction of an experimental 5G network which will begin in July, the network will be fully operational in January of next year.

In this base, Red Flag, the most important air exercise in the United States, was held last March, attended by German, Spanish and Italian forces. Italian forces were also composed of F-35 fighters which – Air Force communicated – were «integrated with the best assets of American aviation» so as to «make the most out of the aircraft potential and weapon systems supplied», certainly nuclear weapons included.

At Red Flag 2021, 5G relocatable cell towers, that can be set up and taken down in less than an hour, will be probably already operating to be tested in a real environment. Nellis base is the fifth base selected by the Pentagon to test the military use of 5G: the others are located in Utah, Georgia, California and Washington State.

A document from the Congress Research Service (National Security Implications of Fifth Generation 5G Mobile Technologies, 22 May 2020) explained that this fifth generation mobile data transmission technology could have “numerous military applications”.

One of these applications concerns “autonomous military vehicles”, that is robotic aerial, land and naval vehicles capable of autonomously carrying out attack missions without being remotely piloted. This procedure requires the storage and processing of a huge amount of data that cannot be carried out only onboard the autonomous vehicle. 5G will allow this type of vehicle to use an external data storage and processing system, similar to today’s Cloud for personal file storage.

Such a system can make possible “new military operational concepts”, such as that of “swarm” in which each vehicle automatically connects to the others to carry out its mission (for example, an aerial attack on a city or a naval attack on a port).

5G will allow the entire command and control system of the United States armed forces to be strengthened worldwide: currently – the document explained – they use satellite communications, but due to distance, the signal takes some time to arrive, causing delay in the execution of military operations. This delay will be virtually eliminated by 5G.

Colleges Track Hundreds Of Thousands Of Students Using Their Phones – Activist Post

26-12-19 11:54:00,

By Tyler Durden

“Graduates will be well prepared … to embrace 24/7 government tracking and social credit systems.”

An app created to track the attendance of ‘less academically inclined’ college athletes is under fire, after over 40 schools have begun using the technology to monitor students campus-wide, according to the Washington Post.

Developed by former college basketball coach Rick Carter (who is currently under a restraining order by DePaul University for allegedly threatening the athletic director and head basketball coach), the Chicago-based SpotterEDU app uses Bluetooth beacons to ping a student’s smartphone once they enter a lecture hall. About the size of a deck of cards, they are installed in covert locations on walls and ceilings.

School officials give SpotterEDU the students’ full schedules, and the system can email a professor or adviser automatically if a student skips class or walks in more than two minutes late. The app records a full timeline of the students’ presence so advisers can see whether they left early or stepped out for a break. –Washington Post

Syracuse University IT instructor Jeff Rubin uses the app to encourage his students to attend lectures – awarding “attendance points” to those who show up. Rubin is also notified when students skip classes.

“They want those points,” said Rubin. “They know I’m watching and acting on it. So, behaviorally, they change.”

According to Rubin, his 340-student lecture has never been so full at around 90% attendance.

Double Secret Dystopia

Understandably, not everyone is thrilled with the intrusive new technology, which many argue breaches students’ privacy rights on a massive scale.

“We’re adults. Do we really need to be tracked?” said sophomore Robby Pfeifer, a student at Commonwealth University in Richmond, which recently began using the campus’ WiFi network to track students. “Why is this necessary? How does this benefit us? … And is it just going to keep progressing until we’re micromanaged every second of the day?”

School and company officials, on the other hand, argue that monitoring students is a powerful motivator and will encourage students to adopt habits geared towards success.

Norway to Track Cars GPS to Tax Per KM (Mile) – Your Govt is Next | Armstrong Economics

17-01-19 05:29:00,

COMMENT: Hi,

The Norwegian Data Protection Authority is now arguing that GPS based taxation, for the amount of kilometers driven by car, can be done within 5-6 years! Norwegians trust the government way too much, because they believe that this system will eliminate the need for road tax, fuel tax, toll roads and reduce the cost of car insurance.

No way will the tax be reduced! GPS based taxation is a governments dream! Who is to stop them from issuing parking fees or speeding tickets?

Norway also has a high number of electric cars, and an electric car is sold without any tax or VAT, has reduced road tax, free of reduced toll road passage and does not contribute to fuel taxation. With GPS active, the government can finally collect taxes from electric cars without the messy environmentalists meddling.

In the worst case, a corrupt government can use the system against its people to create implications, push the burden of proof over to a troublesome citizen, in court.

Norway may be a great country regards to statistics, but will be some kind of self-imposed totalitarianism if this nonsense continues. Stay away from Norway if you cherish your hard-earned cash!

And as always, thank you, Mr. Armstrong, for your service and enlightenment.

REPLY: The political-economic system post-World War II has been a socialist driven agenda. “Vote for me and I will give you other people’s money.” This system cannot be sustained when those in power have promised themselves pensions. As government workers retire, they need to be replaced. The growth rate of government has started to explode. Instead of looking at the problem objectively, they are simply looking from paycheck to paycheck on how to meet the next payroll. This leads them to become more and more aggressive in hunting things to tax. Any rational person would look at this economic model and see it leads to massive civil unrest. They pretend that socialism is to help people, but they come first. As this gets far worse,
